Der CPU-Kühler IceEdge 400 NI von DeepCool wurde für die Sockel 754, 775, 939, 940, 1156, 1366, AM2, AM2+ und AM3 konzipiert. Er kann bis zu 130 Watt Abwärme bewältigen und verfügt dazu über eine polierte Kupferbasis, die über vier Heatpipes mit großflächigen Aluminiumlamellen verbunden ist. Somit kann die Prozessorabwärme gut aufgenommen und weitergeleitet werden. Die Aluminiumlamellen des IceEdge 400 NI geben die Abwärme an einen 92-mm-Lüfter ab. Die Lüftergeschwindigkeit lässt sich dabei durch das Mainboard-BIOS über den PWM-Lüfteranschluss steuern.
