Mit diesem LogiLink Adapter verbinden Sie Ihre IDE Festplatte oder Ihr IDE-ATAPI Laufwerke mit dem S-ATA Anschluss von Mainboard oder der Interface Karte Ihres Computers. Es werden keinerlei Treiber benötigt und die Anschlüsse beider Anschlussseiten sind genormt. Der Adapter eignet sich insbesondere zum Betrieb älterer Festplattentypen, CDROM oder DVD Laufwerke in Computern der neueren Generation ohne IDE Anschlussmöglichkeit.
