The digital fan unit from Good Connections® is used for active ventilation and temperature management of your 19" server cabinet, network cabinet or wall-mounted enclosure.
Easy and fast mounting
Mount the fan unit on the 19" profile rails of your server cabinet, network cabinet or wall-mounted enclosure. Connect the power cable and the temperature sensor. Place the temperature sensor so that it can best detect the temperature in the cabinet. The digital fan unit is now ready for use and the basic settings can be made.
Additional safety through alarm function
If the measured temperature value exceeds the switch-on limit plus an adjustable safety buffer, the red alarm LED starts flashing. If this condition lasts longer than the set alarm delay time, an alarm sounds until the value is back within the specified temperature window. This allows you to respond to temperature problems as quickly as possible and take action to protect the hardware.
