With the compact and bidirectional DisplayPort 1.4 switch from Good Connections® you always have the right solution for connecting devices and monitors at hand. The switch is bidirectional and therefore suitable for two different application scenarios: Application Scenario - 1 in / 2 out A device can be connected to two different screens. By pressing the "Select" button, the screen on which the input signal is to be displayed can be selected. The selected output is represented by a blue LED. Please note that a simultaneous output on both connected screens is not possible. Application scenario - 2 in / 1 out Two devices can be connected to one screen. By pressing the "Select" button, the desired input signal can be selected. The selected input is represented by a blue LED. Plug & Play Connect and go! Connect the DisplayPort cables of the signal source(s) and signal sink(s) to the DisplayPort connectors of the switch. Drivers are not required. Normally, no external power supply is required. If your existing DisplayPort devices do not provide enough power to operate the switch, the included USB to DC cable can be used to provide power.
