Different quality classes (OMx/OSx) facilitate the qualitative and functional differentiation of an FO patch cable. Rugged armoured cable design Compared to standard fibre optic patch cables, these cables are additionally protected by a flexible and armoured steel tube as well as Kevlar strands and a copper braid. Due to this high-quality and robust cable construction, the cable is step-resistant, offers protection against rodents and is used wherever maximum reliability is required. High quality standards, 100% testing and individual measurement protocol The use of high-quality materials and modern production facilities as well as continuous quality controls during the production process ensure loss-free signal transmission and consistently high quality. Each individual patch cable undergoes a test after assembly. After successful measurement, an individual measurement/test protocol is attached to each patch cable.
