- Highly flexible industrial patch cable with SmartFLEX technology - Durability: Up to one million bending cycles* - Abrasion resistant and durable PUR cable sheath - Suitable for drag chains and oil resistant - ideal for industrial applications The highly flexible, UV- and flame-resistant and halogen-free SmartFLEX Cat. 6A industrial patch cable from Good Connections® with effective snap-in protection (RNS®) is up to 10 gigabit capable and therefore suitable for all network connections. SmartFLEX Technology Thanks to the SmartFLEX technology, these patch cables are highly flexible compared to conventional, rather stiff LSZH and PVC cables. The special composition of the halogen-free PUR cable sheath allows very small bending radii and thus facilitates the installation or laying of the cables in networks or in industry. In addition to greater flexibility, SmartFLEX series cables are also distinguished by their mechanical strength and long durability compared to standard cables, especially in applications where the cable moves (e.g. industrial applications or moving brackets). High quality cable construction The conductor of this patch cable consists of 99.99 % oxygen-free copper (CU). This high-quality cable construction enables optimum signal transmission and higher breaking strength of the cable. For a perfect signal transmission the RJ45 connectors are shielded and equipped with 50 µ gold-plated copper contacts. LSZH jacket for more safety The Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cable sheath causes very little toxic smoke and low smoke generation compared to PVC cables in case of fire. This makes the cables ideal for indoor installation - in public areas they are mandatory.
