The extremely flexible and halogen-free SmartFLEX Cat.6A patch cable by Good Connections® with an effective latch protection (RNS®) is up to 10-gigabit-enabled and therefor suitable for all network connections. Connect your PC, TV, notebook, games console and many more network-compatible devices to the internet or your network, even in areas which are difficult to access. SmartFLEX technology The SmartFLEX technology is, contrary to the conventional rather stiff LSZH and PVC cables, extremely flexible. The special composition of the halogen-free TPE cable-coating enables very small bending radii and therefore facilitates the installation or the cable laying in your network. In addition to the higher flexibility the SmartFLEX cables are characterized by their mechanical strength and long durability, in particular for applications for which the cable is in motion (e.g. industrial applications or movable mounting devices). High-quality cable structure The shielded conductor consists by 99,99% of oxygen free copper (OFC/CU). This enables an increased signal transmission and a higher breaking strength of the cable. The RJ45 plugs are shielded and equipped with 50µ gold plated copper contacts, to ensure a faultless signal transmission. Latch protection RNS® The latch protection prevents the locking pin from bending away. Broken off locking pins are therefore a thing of the past! S/FTP shielding The S/FTP shielding (PiMF) of the cable and the shielded RJ45 plugs provide for a consistently high and loss-free signal transmission. LSZH sheath for more safety The low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cable-coating releases, contrary to PVC cables, only very little toxic fumes and smoke in case of a fire. Because of this, the cable is ideally suited for installation indoors – they are required by law in public areas. Compatibility The Cat.6A SmartFLEX patch cables by Good Connections® are downward compatible to Cat.6 and Cat.5e. They can therefore be easily integrated into already existing installations.
